Prices, taxes, and payments

​

The prices are indicated in Mexican Pesos, you have the possibility of seeing an approximate cost in Euros or USD exclusively as a reference, the charge will be made in Mexican Pesos, reflected in the currency of your payment method, according to the daily exchange rate established by the payment processor you have chosen.

​

According to Mexican law, all prices include 16% TAX.

​

Since the price of silver changes continuously, prices are subject to change without notice.

​

Manufacturing, and processing time

 

I work as a slow jeweler, which means that I make my jewelry one by one, so the availability of each one may vary, all the pieces in the online store are available for purchase but this does not imply a physical existence of all of them, it is possible that the item you purchased is not available in the warehouse, in that case it will be made specifically for you within the estimated production period. Parts in stock will be sent within a period of no more than 3 business days.

 

Processing/production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and production technique, most pieces require an estimated 5 business days, and pieces made in cast or lost wax take between 10 and 15 business days plus processing time. delivery. When your piece is ready, it will be sent within a period of no more than 3 business days.

 

Due to its manufacturing process, the hollow and cast designs (lost wax) will need around 10-15 business days to be manufactured if there is no stock, plus shipping time.

 

During the Christmas holidays, the manufacturing time may increase depending on my workload, and the availability of the foundry shops.

When making your purchase, you will be indicated the shipping time, which is considered once the piece is ready, that is after the manufacturing and processing time has ended.

​

If you need your order to be with you in a determined time, please confirm the immediate availability of the articles that interest you by contacting me directly before finishing your buy.

 

Shipping

 

Please make sure to choose a shipping option available for your shipping address, shipments that do not correspond to the receiving site will not be made.

​

Shipments in CDMX will be made using a messaging system before notice to the buyer. This system offers a single delivery without the possibility of a return, so the buyer must confirm the delivery date to receive their shipment. An extra cost will be charged in case of not available for reception. Shipments to the metropolitan area are subject to the scope of the courier company and in some cases in the metropolitan area, regular national postal delivery may apply and courier does not.

 

All international and domestic shipments outside CDMX are made using the Regular Registered Shipping from the Mexican Postal Service, corresponding to the economic standard cost with tracking number, in case you are in the Mexican Republic, the package must arrive at your address along with the mail and the person receiving the package must show identification to the postal staff. In the case of international shipments, the Mexican Post will be responsible for delivering the package to the postal company of the recipient country and the latter will make the final delivery.

All shipments will include a tracking number, however, consider that some international postal companies do not allow tracking foreign postal numbers, so despite having a guide number it can be difficult to track your order. (CA and AU are examples).

 

Delivery time will depend on the shipping distance and the customs process.

If a free shipping promotion is offered, it will be using registered mail from Correos de Mexico, it does not include private courier services.

*Buyers in the EU, UK, and Brazil

​

Given the new EU and UK, Extended Producer Responsibility Law, shipping to some European countries may be canceled without prior notice, since given the small size of my business it is not possible to register in each EU country to comply with the new requirements.

 

Shipments to Brazil must be made by private courier since ordinary mail handled by the Brazilian Post Office is not reliable.

Mexico: 1-2 weeks

North America: 2-5 weeks

South America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks *

Europe: 3-5 weeks *

Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 4-6 weeks

Asia Pacific: 4-6 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 4-6 weeks

Sub-Saharan Africa: 4-6 weeks

 

I would appreciate your understanding that these are exclusively estimated shipping times since unfortunately, I cannot be in charge of delivery, so I'm not able to guarantee them. If you require your purchase to be delivered at a specific time, be sure to buy in advance or request expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping

 

I offer you to quote the cost of your shipment by national courier or any international courier company, there are no fixed prices since they depend on the daily price of the US dollar. Consider that the shipping cost will increase considerably.

 

If you are interested in express shipping, contact me before finalizing your purchase.

The courier costs for expedited shipping are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

Customs and import taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. Consider most countries establish a certain value as the maximum limit of access from abroad merchandise without customs charges, each country has its guidelines, it is the buyer's responsibility to find out about the applicable regulations in their country of residence. I am not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs due to customs procedures and regulations.

 

Important: customs rules require all international shipments to include a customs declaration with the total value of the item shipped and the kind of item included in the package. I will include an invoice (no price indicated for gifts) indicating that you paid VAT on your purchase, but that does NOT include customs taxes, and the actual value will be stated in the customs declaration in the package. Declaring less than the actual value is violating the law, any international purchase may be subject to customs taxes that will be the buyer's sole responsibility, please check the laws of your country to be aware of it.

 

Cancellations

 

All sale is final, cancellations are not accepted. As a tiny business, every minute and fund invested in my work is very valuable, I cannot offer the same conditions of sale as large companies, and I thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

Returns & Exchanges

​

All sales are final, and NO returns or exchanges are available except for faulty items, check the related section.

Refunds

​

Refunds will be made only on the cost of the item, shipping costs will not be refunded.

I do not accept returns for custom orders or special orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. International courier costs for expedited shipping are not refundable under any circumstances.

Faulty items

 

I am cautious with my work, but obviously, some items can be defective, in that case, it will be necessary to request a return or exchange, and applies to purchases anywhere in the world.

​

For a return or exchange to apply, the buyer must present proof of the failure of his article. Items that have been damaged intentionally or due to improper handling of the buyer are not considered defective items, nor are the imperfections typical of artisan work.

​

For defective items, the buyer will be responsible for returning the item properly protected, packed, and making a return shipment. To ensure a proper return, the item must be sent back properly packaged and protected, with a tracking number as it was sent. The return, exchange, or refund will apply only if the item is returned with a guide number and received correctly to verify the fault presented.

​

If the fault is verified as a manufacturing defect the return, exchange, or refund will apply and the buyer will receive the refund of the item and all regular shipping costs with the guide number in which he inquired, courier services, or expedited shipping will not be refunded in any case.

​

Customized items will not be exchanged or refunded, your item will be fixed or replaced as determined by reviewing the fault presented in the original article.

Special orders

 

I take custom orders of my designs, I will also gladly work on a special design for you based on my style.
Special orders must be prepaid 100% once the design is approved by the buyer.

​

The manufacturing time will depend on the required design and my workload at the time the order is confirmed.

Special orders do not apply changes or returns. In case of failure, the product will be repaired or re-manufactured once the buyer returns the original. No special order will be refunded.

 

Gift cards 

 

The Gift cards purchased in this shop are only redeemable in it, they do not apply to any other of my online shops.

 

The certificate is valid only for the purchase price including shipping costs, if at the time of redeeming the gift card the buyer exceeds the total, they will have to pay a difference if it is used for an amount less than the value of the card the unused amount will be lost.

​

The management of the unique code of the gift card is the responsibility of the buyer, the gift certificates only apply for single use, they are not exchangeable for cash, they are not refundable for any reason and they cannot be used to buy other gift certificates/gift cards.

​

The certificate is valid from the date of purchase and up to 365 days later, after that period, if it is not exchanged, the credit will be lost.

​

This gift certificate is valid for the purchase of any item, even custom orders.

Illustrative images are not included in the purchase.

​

The return and exchange of an item purchased with a gift card will be accepted only under the guidelines of the return policy, only as an exchange or product replacement, in purchases made with a gift card, there will be NO total returns or refunds.

Warranty

​

My work is done with the utmost care, but the continuous use of any item, including jewelry pieces, entails normal wear and tear, which is why all pieces have a warranty valid for 6 months from the date of delivery, after this date any maintenance or repair service will incur a cost.

If you require a tax invoice, please request it by email at dikua@dikua.mx, including your current Constancia de Situación Fiscal issued by the SAT, within the month of purchase. No late invoices will be made.
